Our Purpose
Our Founder & Chief Executive Gardener dedicated her career to understanding human behavior—starting with degrees in Psychology and Counseling, and experience counseling and supporting the workforce development for disadvantaged youth. Her passion for creating environments where people can truly thrive led her to HR where she earned a Masters Degree in HR Management, and a Professional in HR Certificate (PHR). She has spent the past seven years transforming company culture, bridging the gap between promises and reality.
Now, with The Bloom Effect, she helps businesses cultivate workplaces that engage, empower, and retain top talent— aligning people strategy with business success, traversing some of the toughest situations with empathy, and rooting out toxicity that stifles growth and innovation to help them to fully bloom.
